I am writing to submit my Middle Grade novel, THE HOUSE OF WINDS, for your consideration. The manuscript is the first volume in a planned series titled The Chronicles of EtherDrive.Set on the picturesque Ether Drive in a quiet corner of Ireland, the story follows Anemo Gale, a bohemian and perpetually barefoot crime novelist who lives more in his books than in reality. While Anemo struggles with his manuscripts, his home is secretly managed by a "crew" of charismatic companions: Mistral, a black cat with Parisian airs; Sirocco, a chaotic ginger kitten; and Aeolus, a scholarly mouse who resides among the writer's encyclopedias.Their whimsical peace is disrupted by the arrival of seven-year-old Fleur, the "plucky savior" with scraped knees, and a simmering rivalry with Remi Storm, a successful author and childhood friend. As Anemo prepares for a high-stakes televised event under the strict supervision of his mother, Aura (the "Goddess Durga of Cleanliness"), he must learn to embrace "the language of the bees"—his own intuition—to survive the pressures of fame.

I am Alina Stasiuc, and I intend to publish this work under the pseudonym Alma Gale, a name that connects this series to my poetry cycle, "Alma." Having crafted a world where domestic magic and literary rivalry collide, I believe my story’s lyrical tone and Irish setting would be a wonderful fit for your middle-grade list.The story concludes with an epilogue that opens a window toward a new mystery involving The Collar of the Two Skies, an ancient artifact mistakenly brought over from Egypt by Anemo's father.I have attached the first three chapters and a full synopsis as per your guidelines.
